Being a family run company with a good few years in the industry behind us, we really value a good work life balance. The words "split shift" are never uttered here, our senior team members work on a 4 day week and flexibility is our favourite word. Alongside The Rising Sun there are also opportunities to work at our sister venues; Fitzpatrick's, also in Truro.
