WINE
Our wine list encapsulates our approach to everything at The Rising Sun; above all, inherent quality and verve, with an unconventional feel.
We also run a Secret Cellar list comprising a limited collection of Tom & Katie's favourite wines of the moment. This was Katie's brainchild following a pretty long-winded conversation with Tom who wanted to stock every wine he liked from a wine lasting trip and consequently ruining Katie's carefully curated balanced list! The Secret Cellar has no grape, region or style limitations, no price brackets and most importantly no rules! Only available to view in the pub... it is a secret after all.
SOFTS & SPIRITS (& EVERYTHING INBETWEEN)
Like most things in The Rising Sun, our drinks selection is ever evolving and always growing. Delicious low and no alcohol drinks, craft gins, rums, whiskies and much more. Our espresso martini using Belvedere vodka, Conker Cold Brew & Olfactory coffee is a firm favourite alongside a small collection of simple, classic cocktails.
